Easy to use

This book has the same content as the printed edition, but the Kindle Edition is cooler to use and convenient for carry around. (You will never worry about losing it). I have opened it on both my IPad and Kindle PC without any dramas. It is easy to adjust text size and words per line, and it is simple to add bookmarks. I am also able to add highlights and notes! All the pictures are very clear. The Kindle Edition is a good option if you are planning to take the book with you all the time.
Other advantages of the Kindle Edition over traditional paper book is you can easily do a word search. If you have forgotten which chapter you saw the contents, then just type in the key words and that is it! Never need to flip through the whole paper book like in the old days. Also there is the dictionary function; just double click on the word and it will look it up for you, easy.

The most comprehensive instruction manual I have come across!

I really liked this book as it helped me learn Primavera at my own pace and it was easy to understand, with great examples and clear instructions for each workshop. This book makes learning Primavera seem a piece of cake! It is logically structured, so that you can progress from a beginner level to an advanced level easily. It was great for me as I needed to learn to use the software and keep my knowledge of Primavera up to date for my job but I didn't have time to sit in a class for hours at a time. You can tell that the author has industry experience and knows the software inside-out. It just makes sense! It's definitively worth buying. I would highly recommend it!

Recommended for P6 Schedulers

My husband and I own a company that sells and trains people to use Primavera P6. We often recommend this book to new users, particularly those new to scheduling. There is quite a bit of project planning and scheduling theory, so the book will be overkill for those people who have been scheduling for a few years or who have PMP certification. However, the information regarding the P6 program is superb and thorough, so even those who want to skip through the scheduling theory will find something to like in this book.
